Hi, I’m Sarah.

I began my journey with Astanga Yoga in 1998 and my belief in this system took me to Mysore for the first time in 2002. I started running our Astanga Yoga programme in 2005 and am currently the only woman in the UK to have run a Mysore programme for over a decade. I have been authorised by both Manju Jois and Sharath Jois to teach Level 2 intermediate series and have Senior Yoga teacher status with Yoga Alliance UK. My intention is to create a safe, nurturing and trusting environment that is comfortable and accessible to all.

Hi, I’m Kathryn.

I’ve been practising and teaching Astanga Yoga for many years. I also have Senior Yoga Teacher accreditation from Yoga Alliance UK. I enjoy teaching the evening classes and Saturday morning Mysore class at Astanga yoga Brighton. I practice daily under the guidance of Sarah and love being part of the Astanga yoga Brighton community.
